Today I had a very unpleasant situation with a BNSF employee named Taylor Thissen and his Account Manager named Brock. We arranged a Load from Sydney, OH to Mabane, NC load today and delivery for tomorrow morning. Taylor Thissen with phone number (844) - 214 - 4192 tells me 45 minutes after I dispatch my driver and tells me that the Load has been canceled by his Customer. I replied, okay but you have to pay me a TONU (Truck Order Not Used). He replied that he would not pay me because my driver did not get many miles and that I would not get anything. I also talked to his manager who is brazen with me and he answers to me: Do what you think, but we will not pay you anything. A reputable company such as BNSV Logistics can't afford such bad behavior...

Booked a load out new Mexico and they double booked and gave the load to another driver after I dead headed 250 miles. Then I get a call from India (yes they've outsourced customer service to India) at 2 00 am from a lady I couldn't understand ......very rude demanding to update the load location. There website claims the fastest growing broker. They have no clue how to deal with truckers!
